We personalise and dispatch most items in 5-10 working days, though some items may take a little longer – depending on the personalisation and product. 
Should you have any time critical orders please message us so we can confirm that we can send your order in time.

DELIVERY CHARGES

UK Delivery
Our standard delivery is normally sent by Royal Mail Second Class signed for with 3-5 day turnaround.
UK  - NEXT DAY DELIVERY IF ORDERED BEFORE 12 NOON.
We offer an express service for products that we have in stock and can customise and post the same day.  You product needs to be in stock, and ordered before 12noon.  If you product is out of stock, we will contact you and refund the increased delivery rate, changing your delivery back to standard.  If you order after 12noon then the item will be added to the following days customisation list and will be posted on that day.  Any questions on this please get in touch.
You can opt for "Rush my Order"  Add this add-on to your basket ALONG WITH your order to have your order dispatched within 2-3 working days, rather than our usual 3-5 day turnaround. By purchasing this add-on, your order will also be upgraded to 1st class postage.
Please note: Working days do not include Saturday's, Sunday's or Bank holidays. Please note this is not an alternative delivery option. This is too ensure your order is created and dispatched within 2-3 working days and not have the 3-5 day processing time.
 
PLEASE NOTE INTERNATIONAL ORDERS ARE NOT AVAILABLE JUST NOW ON THIS WEBSITE - PLEASE GO TO OUR ETSY SHOP TO PURCHASE.


Rush orders are not available for international orders.
If you have not received your item(s) and have taken into account lead times & delivery times, please contact your local sorting office even if you have not received a calling card please also check with neighbours to see if they received it on your behalf. If there is still no sign please contact us immediately. If your item(s) have not been returned to us, Royal Mail requires ten full working days from the day of dispatch to classify your item(s) as lost at which point a full refund or replacement will be given (this is longer for international delivery) Please note if you address details are wrong or you don’t pick up your order from your local depot, if not in.  Then you will have to pay for the delivery charge again.
